ABOUT

Reclamation District No. 2039 is a local governmental special district that provides flood protection and drainage for the lands within its boundaries.  It is governed by a three-member Board of Trustees that "exercise[s] general supervision and complete control over the construction, maintenance and operation of the reclamation works, and generally over the affairs of the district."  (CA Water Code section 50652.)

(Note that Reclamation District No. 2039 [Upper Jones Tract] and Reclamation District No. 2038 [Lower Jones Tract] were consolidated in year 2019 into a single reclamation district.  That single reclamation district is referred to as "Reclamation District No. 2039 [Jones Tracts].)"
